Company Profile BROADBAND WIRELESS, LLC supplies RF and microwave amplifiers to commercial and government
customers in the telecommunications, defense and aerospace industries. BW provides innovative
products using state of the art technology. Design, development and manufacturing of our products are accomplished by providing
our talented people with a creative and innovative working environment. We
build BW’s market share and leadership in the RF and microwave amplifier market by expanding our core competencies,
anticipating emerging markets, listening to our customers and expeditiously responding to their needs. Delivering the
best quality amplifiers at an affordable price while meeting or exceeding our customers’ expectations is the foundation

Quality BROADBAND WIRELESS
LLC has based its internal quality manual on ISO 9000 standards. Assembly is done in accordance to ANSI/IPC-A-610 standards.
BW maintains a full program of process control; each part and assembly is tracked through ordering, incoming inspection, manufacturing,
and final testing. All units are subjected to temperature cycling and 24-hour burn-in. Final test data is furnished with
every completed assembly shipped. BW is constantly upgrading and evaluating its processes to insure we provide the best product
at the best price to our customers. Business Philosophy We realize that working closely with our customers is the key
to our success. We strive for a win-win situation. The design and manufacture of microwave assemblies requires close attention
to detail and to customer specifications. Follow up at every step of the design process; fast response and strong technical
assistance are all part of working with BW. Warranty BWT warrants its products for a period
of one year from the date of shipment to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. History BROADBAND
WIRELESS LLC was originally formed as the amplifier division of EM Research, a consulting firm offering custom RF &
microwave designs, in January of 1996 (as Broadcast Technology) and became an independent corporation in April of 1998. In
February of 2001 Broadcast Technology formed a business alliance with the principles of Sierra Nevada Corp., a Sparks, Nevada-based
defense contractor and renamed the company Broadband Wireless Technologies. After that, Broadband Wireless was part of
Mitec Telecom for two years until January of 2007 when it again became a privately held corporation under the name of Broadband
Wireless, LLC. The new name describes the company’s focus on products serving the growing demand for broadband wireless
communications capability.

Facilities BROADBAND WIRELESS LLC is located in the city of Reno, Nevada. In May of
2005 the company moved into a new 2,000 square foot facility where Research & Development, Test, Sales & Marketing,
QA and Administration functions are handled. BW utilizes approved contract manufacturing firms specializing in RF production
for most standard processes (circuit board fabrication, SMT assembly, metal fabrication, etc.), focusing on final test and
integration at our Reno facility. This approach allows BW to quickly scale up production to meet our customer’s
needs while maintaining low fixed costs, which allow us to provide the competitive pricing our customers demand.
